hisBachelor'sdegreeinFinancebeforestartinghiscareerwiththe
DepartmentofDefenseeightyearsago.Roger'stalentsincludethe

beingafather,andspendslotsofspecialtimewithourdaughter.
Heisactivelyinvolvedinallaspectsofherlife,suchastakingher
todanceclassandprayingwithheratbedtime.Heisconsiderate,
